Get My Free QuoteWhy this California-made vinyl window is a strong fit for East Bay homes.
Made in Anlin’s own factory in Clovis, in the Central Valley, since 1990. The heat their windows are designed for is the heat we have here.
Anlin’s XTRU vinyl is infused with titanium dioxide to stand up to years of UV, so frames stay white and stable instead of chalking.
Five Low-E glass packages, from mild-climate to maximum heat control, plus noise, security and winter upgrades.
Every series exceeds ENERGY STAR requirements and is NFRC and AAMA certified, with double-strength glass as standard.
Four window series, plus the Malibu patio doors below. Every series takes the Anlin glass packages, so the choice comes down to look, styles and budget.
Catalina Series
Anlin’s core window. A clean, balanced frame in either even-sightline or slim max-view profile. The natural choice for stucco ranches and tract homes.
Panoramic Series
Slim frames and beveled edges for more glass and a more contemporary look. Good for rooms with a view or homes going for a cleaner style.
Coronado Series
The deeper-framed series for windows that open differently: double-hung with tilt-in sashes, casement, awning, bay and bow, and garden windows. It pairs with the other series so a whole house still matches.
Designer Black
Black color built into the vinyl itself, for the modern dark-frame look without painting. Available in the popular window styles and in sliding patio doors.
The glass matters more than the frame for comfort. Anlin rates each package for a climate, and the East Bay has two of them: the mild bay side and the hot inland valleys.
Infinit-e (standard)
Three Low-E layers, blocks 95% of UV. A strong all-round glass and plenty for Berkeley, Oakland and other homes near the bay.
SunMatrix
Four Low-E layers, blocks 99% of UV, and still lets in lots of daylight. A strong pick for hot inland cities like Concord, Walnut Creek, Danville and San Ramon.
SunShield
Maximum heat control with a light blue-gray tint, blocks 98% of UV. For hot west-facing rooms that bake every afternoon.
CoolShield
Two Low-E layers for mild climates, balancing summer shade and winter warmth. An option for foggier, cooler spots.
Panes of different thickness break up sound waves, cutting outside noise by up to half compared with typical dual-pane. Available as an upgrade on Catalina, Panoramic and Coronado. Worth it near Highway 4, I-680, I-580 or BART.
An extra thermal coating that holds in winter heat. It can be added to any glass package, useful in cooler hillside and canyon homes.
Laminated glass that holds together when struck, for ground-floor windows and doors where security matters. Pairs with an optional stainless sash deadbolt.
