We work with premium vinyl, fiberglass, aluminum, and wood windows from leading manufacturers and offer both retrofit (pocket) replacement and full-frame replacement to suit your home's specific needs.
Every home is different. We install all the major window styles so you can choose what works best for your space, ventilation needs, and aesthetic.
Casement Window
Casement windows are hinged on the side and swing open with a crank, providing maximum ventilation and unobstructed views. They seal tightly when closed, making them one of the most energy-efficient window styles available — a top choice for Bay Area homeowners looking to reduce energy costs.
Double Hung Window
Double hung windows feature two independently operable sashes. You can open the top, the bottom, or both at once. This classic design is ideal for controlling airflow, easy cleaning (both sashes tilt in), and works beautifully with traditional and transitional home styles common throughout the East Bay.
Bay & Bow Window
Bay and bow windows project outward from the wall, creating a dramatic architectural feature that adds square footage, floods a room with natural light, and provides panoramic views. Bay windows typically have three panels; bow windows have four or more, creating a curved silhouette that adds real curb appeal and interior charm.
Picture Window
Picture windows are large, fixed-pane windows designed to maximize natural light and frame outdoor views like a painting. They don't open, which actually makes them among the most energy-efficient windows available since there are no moving parts to wear or leak. Perfect for living rooms, dining areas, and anywhere you want to showcase the view. A popular combination is a large center picture window flanked by casements or single-hungs on each side, giving you maximum light in the middle and ventilation on the sides.
Horizontal Slider
Horizontal sliding windows glide open on a smooth track. No cranks, no lifting, just effortless side-to-side operation. They're a great choice for wide openings, modern home designs, and anywhere you want ventilation without a window swinging into a walkway or patio area.
Awning Window
Awning windows are hinged at the top and swing outward from the bottom, creating an awning effect that lets you keep the window open even during light rain. They're excellent for bathrooms, kitchens, and basements where you need ventilation year-round, and they pair beautifully with fixed picture windows.
Single Hung Window
Single hung windows have a fixed upper sash and an operable lower sash that slides up to open. They're the most traditional window style and an excellent choice when you want a dependable, cost-effective window replacement that still looks great and performs well. A practical choice for bedrooms, rental properties, and any room where budget matters.
Arch & Specialty Window
Not every window has to be a rectangle. We install specialty shape windows: full arches, half-rounds, quarter-rounds, circles, ovals, octagons, and polygon shapes. These accent windows are typically installed above a standard window or door to add architectural character and bring in natural light from unexpected angles.
Specialty shapes pair naturally with standard casement, single-hung, or picture windows below them. If you're matching an existing shape or working with a specific architectural style, we can usually match the form, size, and frame color exactly.
Windows don't have to be installed one at a time. We regularly build combination window units — a fixed picture window paired with flanking casements, a slider combined with double-hungs, or a single-hung below an arch accent. Combinations let you get the light and scale of a large opening while still controlling ventilation from the sections that open. They also give your home a more custom, architectural look that standard off-the-shelf windows can't match. Tell us the look you're going for, the wall size you're working with, and any ventilation needs, and we'll spec out the right combination for you.
We work with all major window frame materials. We'll help you choose the right one based on your home's style, climate requirements, and budget.
Most popular choice. Low maintenance, excellent insulation, and resistant to moisture, ideal for Bay Area's varied climate. Most budget-friendly option.
Premium strength and performance. Won't warp, rot, or expand in heat. Paintable to any color. Fiberglass takes paint beautifully and holds it longer than wood. Best long-term value.
Slim sightlines, modern aesthetic, and exceptional durability. Great for contemporary homes, large spans, and commercial applications.
Classic beauty and warmth that no other material can match. Paintable in standard exterior paint or lacquer for a premium finish. Best for historic homes and upscale interiors.
Real jobs completed by our crew across the East Bay.
We assess every opening and recommend the right approach. We'll never upsell you to a more invasive method when a simpler one will do the job properly.
The new window unit is inserted into your existing frame. Your stucco, siding, and exterior paint stay completely undisturbed. Faster, less expensive, and the right choice when the existing frame is structurally sound. Most Bay Area replacements use this method.
Everything comes out: glass, frame, sill, and casing, down to the rough framing. This is the right approach when the existing frame is rotted, damaged by water, or when the frame itself has been leaking and the structural framing behind it is compromised. Also used for new builds, additions, and resizing an opening. We rebuild from the studs, waterproof properly, and install the new unit from the ground up.
All installations meet California Title 24 energy standards and comply with applicable fire codes and construction regulations.
