Every installation comes with our written 4-year installation warranty, on top of the manufacturer’s warranty on the window or door itself. If something we installed isn’t right, we come back and fix it.

Our Warranty and the Manufacturer’s

Two kinds of protection, covering two different things.

Windows 4U installation warranty: 4 years

  • ✓Covers defects in our workmanship on every installation we perform
  • ✓Fit, sealing, flashing and adjustment: the things we control
  • ✓If a problem comes from how we installed it, we come back and fix it at no charge
  • ✓In writing, with documentation on the day of installation

Manufacturer’s product warranty

  • ✓Covers defects in the product itself, such as glass seal failure, hardware or frame defects
  • ✓Most windows and doors we install carry a limited lifetime product warranty
  • ✓Terms, transferability and what’s included vary by brand and product line
  • ✓We list what applies in your quote and help you file any claim

Not covered by our warranty

  • •Changes or repairs made by someone else
  • •Product defects, which go through the manufacturer’s warranty (we help you file)

If Something Isn’t Right

Three simple steps, and you deal directly with the owners.

1. Contact us

Call or text (925) 393-3578 or email windows4ual@gmail.com with a short description and photos if you can.

2. We take a look

Alex or Leon reviews it, and if needed we schedule a visit to see the window or door in person.

3. We make it right

If it’s our workmanship, we fix it. If it’s a product defect, we help you start the manufacturer claim.

After the 4 years are up, call us anyway. If you think a problem relates to our original installation, we’ll review it and do our best to help. We stand behind our work beyond what the paperwork requires.
